Job Summary:

As a Solutions Development Expert, you will deliver design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native acceleration and innovation initiatives with a strong emphasis on AI, data and integration. You will be responsible for both designing and contributing to the implementation of end-to-end integration and data solutions using SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP and AI platforms. This role is critical in enabling seamless business processes across SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring technical excellence and business alignment across Go To Market enterprise level initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Solutions Development Experture: Design and lead the implementation of standard integrated or custom SAP cloud-native solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Engineering & Hands-On Development: Design and implement MVP/PoC full-stack solutions through hands-on development and coding, within SAP environments using SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Integration Experture Design & Engineering: Expert and engineer robust integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, including API management, event-driven architectures, and hybrid connectivity across cloud and on-premise systems (ETL/ELT, EDA, APIs, MicroServices)
• Data Experture Design & Delivery: Define and implement scalable data architectures, including data models, pipelines, and automation frameworks that support AI, analytics, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Solution Delivery Ownership: Lead the full development lifecycle of integration and data solutions—from design and prototyping to deployment and operationalization—ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure architectural compliance through governance boards and contribute to the evolution of development and integration standards.
• Innovation Enablement: Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (Gen AI) to enhance integration capabilities and accelerate solution delivery.

What You’ll Bring:

Technical Expertise:

• Deep experience in software engineering, cloud-native development, and architecture modeling.
• Engineering and Development: Demonstrated ability to design and implement full-stack solutions through hands-on development and coding, ideally within SAP environments using SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Exposure and experience of solutions involving products from SAP Cloud Portfolio
• Exposure and experience of developing solutions involving SAP and Industry AI Capabilities
• Proficiency in integration patterns, microservices, event-driven design, and data engineering.

Thought Leadership & Influence:

• Proven ability to lead solution development in distributed matrix models
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and aligning with solution and enterprise architecture.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.

Delivery Focus:

• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, integrated solutions on time and within scope.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
