The Challenge

T2’s AI group is dedicated to developing innovative tools that enhance creativity and efficiency throughout the game development lifecycle. Our multi-disciplinary team—spanning Engineering, Data Science, Product, and more—builds cloud-based technologies that support everything from early concepting to LiveOps and publishing.

We are seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to help bring these tools to life. In this role, you'll design and build intuitive, high-impact web applications that improve workflows across the T2 ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with an extraordinary engineering team, contribute to full-stack development efforts, and help shape our team’s design culture—while exploring innovative AI integrations in production-ready tools.

Passionate about software engineering, design, and contributing to the gaming ecosystem? Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team? We’d love to hear from you—apply today!

What You’ll Take On

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using Svelte, with a strong focus on performance and UX.
  • Translate product and marketing requirements into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry standard tools like Figma.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Svelte frontends and Python microservices, including REST APIs.
  • Build assistive AI features into user-facing tools through integrations with both third-party and internally-developed REST APIs.
  • Write and maintain reusable UI components and frontend libraries to support consistency and scalability across tools.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to improve cross-service communication and improve tool usability.
  • Contribute to frontend testing strategies (unit, integration, and e2e) to ensure reliable and maintainable codebases.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience building web applications, ideally with Svelte/SvelteKit, Vue/Vite, React or similar frontend frameworks.
  • Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and associated standard methodologies. Familiarity with common Browser APIs and web accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with NodeJS to develop and build web applications.
  • Experience designing low- to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using Figma or similar design tools
  • Comfortable working with UI and CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team environment—you're someone who uplifts others, values diverse perspectives, and helps create a space where everyone can thrive.
  • Working experience with Python, especially in API or tooling contexts.

Great to Have

  • Experience with HTML5 game development and frameworks such as Phaser.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure and deployment practices (e.g., working with AWS, Docker, or similar environments).
  • Experience working on internal tools for creative or marketing teams, or familiarity with asset pipelines and content review workflows.
  • Familiarity with API-driven development, RESTful service integration, and frontend/backend debugging.
  • Interest in AI-powered tooling, such as LLM-based assistants, asset generators, or prompt-based workflows.
