Assistant Manager – Revenue Cycle Management

???? Remote (must live within 2 hours of Orlando)- onsite 10-15x a year

???? 6-month contract-to-hire | $26–29/hr

Join Our growing revenue management team! We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to lead a team of 8 in Revenue Cycle Management. You’ll oversee daily operations, support team development, and drive resolution of accounts receivable.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of specialists and analysts
• Monitor work queues, productivity, and time/attendance
• Conduct team meetings, 1:1s, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve account issues
• Participate in carrier calls and approve refunds/adjustments

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in revenue cycle (billing, collections, managed care)
• 2+ years in a supervisory, lead, or preceptor role
• Strong knowledge of insurance collections (UHC experience is a big plus!)
• Associate’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• HFMA or AAHAM certification a bonus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
