Here at Fairview, we are now seeking a Senior Imaging Systems Analyst to join our dynamic radiology team! This is an exempt, remote position that will work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7AM - 5PM CST, Monday through Friday! No weekends!

The Senior Radiology Systems Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day project management for complex systems and ensuring the system supports the overall goals of the product in serving the entire care delivery system. This position typically designs, develops, implements, modifies, tests and administers complex clinical IT systems and imaging applications. Liaison between information technology personnel and users to provide training, resolve issues, assess users needs and recommend changes. Designs special screens, reports, databases, etc. and prepares specifications for system changes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate system design activities to match workflow and process.
  • Applies standards of practice (regulatory requirements) to system requirements and design.
  • Leads project work groups and meetings.
  • Ensure adequate testing and validation has occurred before any changes are submitted for move into production according to established policies and procedures.
  • Lead and/or partner in development and delivery of training and implementation activities as required.
  • Develops operational management and support plans.
  • Provides recommendations for improvement and software upgrades.
  • Acts as liaison with operations and IT to manage issues and develop solutions.
  • Evaluate complex processes to ensure system design meets requirements.
  • Effectively manages change; comfortably adjusts work activities; acts with limited information; effectively navigates through ambiguous situations
  • Prioritizes the customer experience and acts with customers in mind in all situations, ensures expectations and requirements of internal and external customers are achieved; obtains first hand customer information and applies it to improvement products and services; establishes and maintains trusting and respectful relationships with customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or 4 years of directly applicable work experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of relevant operational and/or IT work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years of relevant operational and/or IT work experience, including Design, implementation and delivery of educational for multiple complex clinical and/or business applications
  • Epic Radiant or other Epic certification/proficiency

Qualifications

74052.80-$90004.00 / Annual *based on full time (80 hours/ppd or 1.0 FTE)
