What You’ll Be Rocking Daily
- Lead the Crew: Supervise all Smashburger team members during your shift, making sure everyone’s firing on all cylinders.
- Guest Experience Guru: Ensure every customer gets prompt, Family Style Servicervice with a side of good vibes.
- Smooth Operations: Schedule staff based on guest flow, resolve disputes with patience, and keep things running like a well-oiled grill.

What You’ll Need
- Experience: Prior restaurant experience is a must.

- Certifications: Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card may be required.
Physical & Mental Stamina
