About the Role:

As a Lead in Application/Product Architecture, you play a crucial role in independently executing specialized architectural tasks and supporting broader team projects. Your focus will be on creating innovative, integrated architectural solutions that drive product excellence. You will be instrumental in ensuring quality outcomes through your expertise and leadership in technical planning, design, and implementation. We are seeking a highly skilled UI Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ReactJS, Angular, UI frameworks, CI/CD, Design Patterns, MSSQL, and Azure. Knowledge of the legal domain is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business and stakeholder requirements.
  • Independently develop advanced architectural models and blueprints.
  • Lead evaluations of product-service compatibility and integration techniques.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical specifications.
  • Oversee technical planning and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Execute in-depth testing, validation, and optimization of architectural components.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and industry best practices.
  • Identify and resolve complex integration issues and technical challenges.
  • Document and communicate detailed design updates and modifications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work with business users and stakeholders to define and analyze problems and provide optimal technical solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and design functional UI solutions.
  • Present architecture and solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Adhere to industry best practices in all phases of design and architecture of the solution.
  • Ensure the robustness and reliability of UI solutions during development, testing, and maintenance.
  • Document all aspects of the UI system for future upgrades and maintenance.
  • Provide guidance to ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices in the architecture

Technical Skills:

  • ReactJS: Proficiency in ReactJS framework for building user interfaces.
  • Angular: Strong experience with Angular framework.
  • UI Frameworks: Expertise in various UI frameworks and libraries.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Design Patterns: Expertise in applying design patterns in software architecture.
  • MSSQL: Strong SQL coding skills and knowledge of database design principles.
  • Azure: Experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Legal Domain: Knowledge of the legal domain is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of end-to-end design and architecture of enterprise-level UI solutions.
  • 5+ years of expertise in real-time and batch reporting, analytical solution architecture.
  • Application modernization

Additional Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Cosmos, etc.).
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, requirements, and use case analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
