Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Experience in test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in developing automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST-assured, or similar.
• Familiarity with React components and DOM structure for effective front-end testing.
• Experience testing applications developed in Perl or ability to understand legacy Perl systems.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• GTH experience with Github and Co Pilot.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BDD/TDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, RSpec).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Basic scripting in Perl or the willingness to learn it.
• Understanding of database querying (SQL or NoSQL).
