Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in Asset and Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure DB Migration service Azure SQL DB Azure SQL MI Stored Procedures and T-SQL. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive database migration projects and optimize SQL databases to enhance our asset and wealth management services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Azure database migration projects to ensure seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
• Oversee the optimization of Azure SQL DB and Azure SQL MI to enhance performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures to streamline database operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database solutions with business objectives in asset and wealth management.
• Provide technical expertise in T-SQL to support complex query development and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in database management.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning to maintain optimal database performance.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve database solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor and report on database performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and in-office tasks.
• Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing database capabilities that support asset and wealth management services. Qualifications
• Possess extensive experience in Azure DB Migration service Azure SQL DB and Azure SQL MI.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing and optimizing stored procedures and T-SQL.
• Have a strong background in asset and wealth management domain.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Display strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
