Job Title- Principal Data Scientist - ServiceNow

Job Summary

The Asso. Principal-Data Sc. will play a crucial role in leveraging advanced data science techniques to drive innovation and efficiency in Product Lifecycle Management. With a focus on Cloud Data platform(especially Snowflake), Data Engineering principals, Knowledge Graph Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing the candidate will contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of modern cloud platforms, data integration, and scalable AI/ML system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cloud & Data Architecture:
    • Demonstrate strong experience in cloud technologies with a particular focus on Snowflake.
    • Architect end-to-end integration between enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday) and Snowflake.
  2. AI Integration & LLMs:
    • Design and develop AI agents leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) across various cloud platforms.
    • Enable data exchange between Snowflake and AI agents for inference and analytics.
  3. Machine Learning & NLP:
    • Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models and NLP pipelines.
    • Implement deep learning architectures including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
    • Preprocess large datasets for training and inference using scalable pipelines.
  4. Data Engineering & Processing:
    • Build robust data pipelines and ensure efficient data flow across systems.
    • Solid Python programming knowledge for data extraction and ML integration.
  5. Model Deployment & Infrastructure:
    • Deploy ML models using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
    • Ensure scalable and production-grade model deployment environments.
  6. Visualization & Insights:
    • Integrate and visualize data from Snowflake and cloud apps into dashboards for business intelligence and operational efficiency.
  7. Strategic Impact:
    • Conduct deep analysis and interpretation of complex datasets to inform high-level business decisions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI/ML use cases and roadmap.
  8. Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Drive the roadmap and vision for ML and AI capabilities aligned with customer and business goals.
    • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data science and architecture.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed AI into enterprise systems.

Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until Aug 9th 2025.
