In this role, you will lead the delivery of Oreo`s diverse and dynamic product portfolio, managing cross-functional teams and coaching Product Change Manager to bring packaging and product changes to life. With a strong execution mindset, this role combines hands-on project leadership, people management, and portfolio coordination. You will be a key player in ensuring Mondelez delivers with precision, impact and innovation – on time, in full, and with world-class quality for Oreo.

The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
