As a Client Systems Analyst, you will implement, configure and support CPA software, serve as a technical liaison for client-facing teams, provide training and maintenance, and work with other departments to improve system functionality.

The Client Systems Analyst position reports directly to the Manager of Client Systems.

Schneider Downs has embraced the hybrid work model, so this role will have flexibility working from home, as well as in the office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support client-server applications, including but not limited to: AICPA Dynamic Audit Solution, CCH Pro System fx Engagement, CCH Axcess Tax, PPC Checkpoint Audit and Tax Tools, Suralink Client Portals, Docusign, Tax Caddy and SurePrep
• Oversee project and task management, as well as incident support
• Handle client-server system upgrades and releases (installation, testing, training, maintenance, go-live)
• Develop documentation for end users and systems on all client-server platforms
• Act as the main vendor contact for client-server support, addressing user concerns and enhancing customer experience
• Work with practice units to create documented processes and optimize client-server system use
• Ensure integrity of client server systems and related data for the data warehouse application
• Research new client server systems/applications and recommend options to management
• Keep current with technology trends and standards in professional services firm client server systems

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience managing and supporting application portfolios
• Experience in creating technical documentation for application configuration, processes and solutions
• Project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Project

Preferred:

• Experience with CPA applications and systems
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
