Invoicing & Payments Agent Support Officer – Fixed Term (6 Months)

How can you contribute and have an impact?

  • Support the agent network with system and financial stream-related questions.
  • Act as the main local interface with the agent network for all finance-related topics (invoicing, payments, etc.).
  • Lead discussions with agents regarding financial customer transactions and the invoicing process.
  • Support operations with system change requests.
  • Serve as the back-office contact for the CEC in case of customer invoice queries.
  • Act as the key liaison with NNE Finance for invoicing matters, as well as with third-party financing partners.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Nissan’s Business Centre Team in Budapest.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, both internally and for agents.
  • Build and manage issue tracking processes

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Experience in an international, matrix organization is highly advantageous.
  • Higher education at Bachelor's level in finance or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; relevant SAP experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Structured and detail-oriented.

Please note that this is a fixed-term opportunity (6 months).
