What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a strategically minded and analytically sharp Senior Business Analyst to join the Transformation Office. This role will be focused on driving innovation across the group by identifying opportunities where AI can be applied to enhance, automate, and reimagine business processes. You’ll collaborate with Business leaders and teams across functions to uncover challenges, explore the art of the possible with emerging technologies, and define high-impact, practical solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Business Analysis, a passion for emerging technologies, and a natural curiosity about how AI can reshape the way we work. You’ll need to be comfortable navigating ambiguity, translating complex needs into actionable requirements, and guiding business teams through change. Whether working with the finance function exploring intelligent automation, or our People team looking to enhance our employee experience using generative AI, you’ll be a trusted advisor who can balance technical potential with real-world value.
Success in this role will require a combination of curiosity, structured thinking, and stakeholder empathy. We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable mapping out workflows and data flows as they are piloting a new tool or testing AI-enabled features within existing platforms.
If you thrive in environments where experimentation, iteration, and collaboration are key and are excited to play a leading role in shaping how our organisation embraces AI we’d love to hear from you.
