Through the work of the Articulation Coordinating Committee (ACC), a K-20 advisory body appointed by the Commissioner of Education, our office coordinates ways to help students move easily from institution to institution and from one level of education to the next.

Job Description
The Program Specialist III position provides technical assistance to the Senior Educational Program Director and Office of K-20 Articulation to facilitate the efficient and effective transfer of students through Florida’s Early Learning through K-20 educational system. The position provides support relating to Florida’s Course Code Directory (CCD) and Personnel Assignments, the Florida Automated System for Transferring Educational Records (FASTER), and the Articulation Coordinating Committee (ACC).

BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENT
It is the policy of the Florida Department of Education that applicants for employment/volunteer undergo Level 2 background screening in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, as a condition of employment or being permitted to serve as a volunteer.
