  • We offer a motivating salary package with performance-based incentives
  • A Welcome Bonus of MUR 10,000, paid in two installments:
    • 50% during the first month
    • 50% during the second month

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, chats)
  • Understand client needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
  • Log customer interactions accurately and follow internal procedures
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and clarity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual in French and English – spoken and written
  • Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is required
  • Familiarity with customer service KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage pressure and multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and customer focus
  • Team spirit, adaptability, and commitment to high service standards
