Northwestern State University, Office of Recruiting is seeking qualified candidates for a Beyond Graduation Support Specialist part-time position.
This position is a support specialist that will assist the college-level coach and will provide support in data analytics, data input, communication with students, and anything else needed for the Beyond Graduation program. This position is a part time position that can be remote or hybrid.

1.Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in education, social work, public relations, or guidance counseling, and must have experience working with students.
2.Must have strong communication, problem solving, and computer skills.
3.Demonstrated ability in working with high school and college age students.
1.Participate in Beyond Graduation training, conducted by Career Compass.
2.Provide support and data input identified by the Beyond Graduation Coach. Students will be identified and approved by the Career Compass Project Manager and Beyond Graduation Coach.
3.Complete a monthly progress check-in report due by the 20th of each month submitted to Beyond Graduation Coach.
4.Complete a monthly Report on how time was spent (contact hours, collection of progress reports)
5.The Beyond Graduation Support Specialist will agree to only use student information and contacts for the use of this project. Must complete a background check upon hire.
