Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects that enhance staff experience, operational efficiency, and institutional culture.
- Apply modern methodologies (Agile, Lean, or hybrid) to deliver work that is fast, flexible, and impactful.
- Use tools like Monday.com, SharePoint, and MS Planner to manage timelines, deliverables, and communication.
- Keep a human-centered lens on execution, ensuring outcomes are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
Customer Experience & Service Design
- Act as the internal customer advocate—translating needs into priorities, workflows, and success metrics.
- Apply service design thinking to reduce complexity and improve staff interactions with systems, tools, and services.
- Anticipate friction points and lead efforts to proactively remove them—ensuring ease of adoption and engagement.
Tooling & Technology Enablement
- Leverage PMO tech stack (e.g., Monday.com, Power BI, Teams) for visibility, collaboration, and accountability.
- Integrate HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) into project workflows to support strategic workforce planning.
- Use Generative AI tools to automate documentation, enhance research, and generate insights that accelerate delivery.
Data & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze project performance, risks, and benefits across a dynamic portfolio.
- Develop dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders—translating complex data into actionable stories.
- Support a data-informed culture by identifying patterns, pain points, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships across functional teams, SMEs, and sponsors.
- Facilitate inclusive meetings and retrospectives that center on clarity, shared ownership, and results.
- Communicate across audiences—translating project updates into narratives that resonate and inspire.
Continuous Improvement & Culture Building
- Help evolve project delivery maturity through playbooks, onboarding, and shared learning.
Champion PCB values—belonging, accountability, transparency, and strategic innovation.
- Contribute to building a delivery culture that reflects the future of work in higher education.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
Experience & Skills
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience managing complex projects or programs.
- Strong customer-first orientation and demonstrated ability to design solutions around people, not processes.
- Proficient in Monday.com, MS Planner, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., Workday) and integrating them into project frameworks.
- Familiarity with Generative AI applications for content generation, research, or automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for making the complex simple.
- High emotional intelligence, a collaborative spirit, and a bias for action and results.
