Telemarketing Officer

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Achieve sales target including cross-sell target of all assigned products.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality at all times.
  • Cold call the leads given by Team Sales Manager effectively.
  • Handle customer enquiries diligently and efficiently.
  • Identify, solicit and maintain new customer and referral base.
  • Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies, including all compliance procedures and guidelines.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Academic Qualifications: Preferably degree / diploma, credit in SPM -English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics.
  • Experience:

Relevant sales experience is preferred but not essential.

Age below 35 years old.

Demonstrate sales performance excellence and possess strong passion for sales.
