The Senior Director of AI Solution Architecture will be responsible for the transformation of our digital marketing capabilities through innovative AI solutions. This strategic leader will provide thought leadership across the organization, aligning client business objectives with innovative AI/ML technologies to deliver exceptional marketing outcomes. The role requires a visionary who can bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical implementation, guiding teams in the design and deployment of sophisticated, AI-enhanced marketing solutions that drive measurable business results.
What You&rsquoll Achieve
- Define and implement the strategic vision for integrating AI into our digital marketing technology offerings
- Lead client engagements to understand business challenges and architect ground-breaking AI-powered marketing solutions
- Partner with sales teams to develop compelling technical narratives and solution architectures for high-value opportunities
- Hands on contributor guiding team by actively giving to the codebase plus guide and lead tech teams
- Guide multi-functional teams in the design and implementation of sophisticated marketing technology ecosystems
- Develop architectural frameworks, guidelines, and standards for AI-powered marketing solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to solution architects and technical leaders
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments in our AI capabilities
- Collaborate with product teams to shape the roadmap for our marketing technology platforms
- Cultivate innovation through proof-of-concepts, pilots, and research initiatives
- Build thought leadership content to establish our market position as AI leaders in digital marketing.

- Leadership & Business Insight
- 7+ years in technology leadership roles, with significant experience in digital marketing platforms
- Proven record of leading sophisticated solution architecture for enterprise clients
- Experience translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong strategic vision and ability to anticipate industry trends and market opportunities.
- Marketing Technology Expertise
- Deep understanding of modern marketing technology stacks, including:
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into marketing workflows for use cases such as:
- Customer segmentation and propensity modeling
- Content personalization and optimization
- Customer journey orchestration
- Conversational marketing (chatbots, virtual assistants)
- AI & Machine Learning Proficiency
- Strong practical knowledge of modern AI/ML technologies and frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing solutions with large language models (LLMs) from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Google, and Microsoft
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for knowledge-intensive applications
- Understanding of vector databases and semantic search technologies
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience with recommendation systems and personalization algorithms
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and ethical considerations
- Technical Architecture & Engineering
- Expertise in cloud architecture across major platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices
- Proven understanding of API design and integration patterns
- Understanding of data architecture principles for AI-ready systems
- Experience with both batch and real-time data processing architectures
- Proficiency in modern software development methodologies
- Knowledge of containerization, microservices, and serverless architectures
- Data & Analytics
- Deep understanding of data modeling for marketing applications
- Proficiency in data technologies and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Expertise in building data pipelines that support AI/ML workloads
- Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies
- Experience with real-time analytics and event processing.

Base Salary: $164,000 - $246,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual&rsquos skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
