About the Role
Join Norton’s Growth Team, where we are transforming how we expand customer value through deeply personalized experiences and intelligent automation. Our mission is to drive growth through tailored customer journeys that adapt in real time—leveraging cutting-edge MarTech, predictive intelligence, and AI content creation.
This role is ideal for a growth-minded marketer with a deep understanding of lifecycle personalization, customer behavior, and the technologies that make scalable 1:1 engagement possible. You’ll lead programs that orchestrate customer journeys across multiple channels and lifecycle stages, powered by next-best-action engines and real-time decisioning logic.
Objectives:
- Lead journey personalization strategy across the customer lifecycle—designing upsell, cross-sell, and feature adoption programs tailored to user behavior and context.
- Develop dynamic, data-driven flows using real-time personalization frameworks and NBA (next-best action) logic.
- Execute campaigns across multi-channel surfaces—email, in-app, portal, push, web, and more—bringing your experience in MarTech stacks (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, Co-Pilot etc) to help accelerate our existing programs
- Collaborate with Data Science to integrate AI models (churn prediction, propensity scoring, offer optimization) into journey orchestration.
- Use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to rapidly produce personalized, context-aware content variants at scale.
- Define and lead test-and-learn agendas to improve conversion, optimize sequencing, and surface meaningful insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to bring journey innovations to market quickly and effectively.
- Monitor and report on journey performance, identifying drop-off points and optimizing for impact and velocity.
Competencies:
- Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Strategy (3+ years of experience leading CRM, Growth, and Lifecycle initiatives, particularly in tech, SaaS, or subscription-based environments.
- Skilled in driving user engagement, retention, and monetization through full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Personalization & Customer Journey Design (Proven ability to build and optimize personalized customer journeys using advanced MarTech tools).
- Expertise in journey mapping, behavioral segmentation, and tailoring experiences based on real-time customer signals.
- Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) & Real-Time Activation (Experience working with CDPs to leverage first-party data for real-time marketing activation and decision-making.)
- Hands-on knowledge of next-best action frameworks and real-time decisioning engines.
- Generative AI & Scalable Content Creation (Proficient in using generative AI tools to streamline message creation, scale variant testing, and improve content relevance.
- Data Analysis & Business Intelligence (Strong analytical skills with experience building performance models, marketing funnels, and cohort analyses.
- Fluent in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Managemen (Excellent communicator with a proven ability to align diverse teams and drive initiatives forward in a matrixed organization.
- Agile & Experimentation-Driven Mindset (Comfortable working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments with an emphasis on rapid iteration and continuous improvement).
