About this Position

What you´ll do

  • Actively collaborate to support project processes, teams dynamics and co-managing
  • product backlogs along with the business project owners.
  • Establish project teams and progress reporting routines, delivering bi-weekly updates
  • to the project steering group
  • Assess project-related processes, identifying gaps, implementing end-to-end
  • processes where necessary and ensuring audit proof documentation while
  • implementing corrective measures as needed
  • Oversee project management activities to ensure timely implementation, identifying
  • and resolving roadblocks as they arise
  • Manage requests from the ESG Projects Taskforce and coordinate additional projects
  • and reporting requirements as necessary in coordination with the business project
  • owners
  • Facilitate collaboration events, such as meetings, calls and alignment, keeping cross functional stakeholders engaged and updated about milestones, risks, mitigation
  • measures and next steps definition for different projects.
  • Support the project owner removing blockers, defining scope, managing timeline and
  • internal communication
