We are seeking a Data Visualization Analyst/Sr. Analyst to support the GP Consumer Products Divisions. Title may vary based on skillsets and experience.

The position will work across a variety of stakeholders to translate business needs into data and visualization requirements. The position will be responsible for supporting the design, development and maintenance of business intelligence applications. An ideal candidate will have strong communication, technical, and design skills. This is a hybrid role (in office 3 days a week)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for translating business requirements into BI solutions
  • Manage IT development projects by bridging the gap between technical and business processes and working closely with business process owners to analyze requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the BI solutions to ensure effective development, maintenance and support
  • Proactively communicate new and innovative ideas, solutions, etc. to help advance the organization
  • Create ad-hoc queries to provide information requested by business users as needed
  • Drive the prioritization of work based on greatest value while operating in an agile development environment to continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks • Acts as the day-to-day, business owner of our existing business intelligence applications
  • Demonstrate the skills and knowledge to establish and manage timelines, project priorities and handle multiple/concurrent projects

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in analytics, reporting, or similar business function related to Business Intelligence

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 2+ years of experience developing in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense • Experience with data structures such as SAP EHANA, AWS Redshift etc
  • Utilize Alteryx or similar application to join multiple tables/data sources and perform ETL
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing SQL to navigate large enterprise data stores
  • Adept at design, economic and critical thinking
  • Change agent focused on improving decision making and continual process optimization
  • Strong aptitude for quickly learning business processes and technologies
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
