????️ What You’ll Do:

• Assemble windows and doors from start to finish using hand and power tools
• Follow production lists, work instructions, and quality standards
• Inspect each step of the process to ensure top-tier results
• Identify and report material shortages or quality concerns
• Work with tools like drills, routers, sanders, staple guns, and more

✅ What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused mindset

???? What You’ll Get:

• 4-Day Work Week: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Optional Overtime: Fridays (half or full day, announced early in the week)

• Orientation starts at 8:00 AM
• Bring a valid photo ID and wear steel-toed boots

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
