Head of Transformation Risk and Compliance

Introduction: We are looking for a Head of Transformation to join our Risk & Compliance department. The position will be based in Paris and will start in early October. With around 7 years of experience, you will lead transformation initiatives to enhance our risk management and compliance frameworks.

Risk & Compliance department overview

Within the Risk & Compliance department, a team of almost 60 talented professionals in Risk, BCM and Compliance, spread across our various geographies, is ensuring to preserve the value assets and reputation of the company. Identifying and assessing risks, implementing mitigation actions, informing and raising staff and business awareness, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulations are the core activities embedded in our team.

The teams as, all its key stakeholders, including local Boards, Regulators, are located in all Euronext entities (Paris, Porto, Milan, Oslo, New York, Dublin, Copenhagen…).

You will be reporting directly to the Chief Risk and Compliance officer of the group, member of the Executive Committee and extended member of the Managing Board.

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Leading and executing transformation projects within the Risk & Compliance department to improve processes, systems, and policies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance risk management and compliance practices.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of transformation initiatives to senior management.
  • Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process.

Your Profile:

  • Approximately 7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related fields.
  • Experience in consultancy firm can be a plus.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Energetic, team player, and able to multi-task.
  • Proven experience in driving transformation initiatives within a complex organisational environment.
  • Fluent in English and French.
