Votre rôle

Au sein de l’équipe Planning en charge de la planification des besoins clients à long et moyen terme, vous serez le/la référent(e) dans le positionnement et la communication des besoins prévisionnels et fermes dans l’ERP.

Vous serez donc en charge de garantir l’intégration des besoins clients dans l’ERP en s’assurant que les ressources disponibles (matières et mains d’œuvre) sont compatibles avec les engagements de délais de livraisons.

Les missions

• Collecter les informations des prévisions de ventes issues du commerce, les analyser, s’assurer qu’elles sont compatibles avec les ressources disponibles, les faire valider, les communiquer et développer des méthodes de travail permettant de les retranscrire sous forme de Plan Industriel et Commercial (PIC) et Plan Directeur de Production (PDP) dans l’ERP,
• Améliorer le processus actuel afin de tendre vers un processus Plan Industriel et Commercial (réunions MBR, PIC, PDP),
• Piloter les réunions PDP,
• Maintenir le positionnement des besoins fermes et prévisionnels dans l’ERP afin d’éviter les ruptures tout en limitant les stocks,
• Assurer le suivi de la transformation des prévisions en commandes fermes,
• Planifier les commandes clients en fonction de l’analyse de la disponibilité des ressources (matière et main d’œuvre) et communiquer à l’administration des ventes les délais de mise à disposition de ces commandes clients,
• Planifier les ordres de fabrication et assurer le passage de relai du suivi des OF avec le Service Ordonnancement,
• Suivre la réalisation des commandes clients en interfaçant avec les services connexes (Ordonnancement, Production, Qualité, Logistique, Approvisionnements, etc.),
• Alerter et proposer des plans de rattrapage en cas de retard,
• Proposer et mettre en place des actions d’amélioration continue des méthodes et outils de gestion des prévisions et de planification (définition du cahier des charges, suivi de la mise en œuvre, etc.).

Votre profil

• Avoir suivi une formation supérieure de niveau BAC +5-Master en supply chain, logistique et/ou production,
• Justifier d'expérience(s) sur une fonction similaire de minimum 5 ans,
• Maîtriser les concepts ERP, MRP 2 et GPAO,
• Avoir été impliqué(e) dans la mise en place d'un ERP est fortement recommandé,
• Avoir un niveau professionnel en Anglais (à l’écrit et à l’oral),
• Des bonnes connaissances ERP, en méthodes de gestion Lean, en ordonnancement d'atelier et processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement sont demandées,
• Etre capable d’analyser des données statistiques,
• Maîtriser Excel,
• Qualités requises: rigueur, réactivité, communication, goût pour le travail d’équipe, sens de l’analyse, esprit de synthèse, orientation client

Le poste est basé à Besançon, en France.

The role

As part of the Planning Team responsible for long and medium-term customer needs planning, you will be the key player in positioning, communicating forecast and requirements in the ERP.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are accurately integrated into the ERP, while verifying that available resources (materials and labor) are aligned with committed delivery lead times.

How to make an impact

• Collect sales forecast information from the business needs, analyze it, ensure that it is compatible with available resources (materials and labor), have it validated, communicate it and develop working methods to transcribe it in the form of an Industrial and Commercial Plan (PIC) and Production Master Plan (PDP) in the ERP,
• Improve the current process in order to move towards an Industrial and Commercial Plan process (MBR, PIC, PDP meetings),
• Manage the PDP meetings,
• Maintain the positioning of firm and forecasted demand in the ERP to avoid shortages while minimizing inventory levels,
• Insure the conversion of forecasts into firm orders,
• Plan customer orders based on resource availability analysis (materials and labor) and communicate lead times for customer orders to Sales Administration,
• Plan production orders and ensure the handover of production order tracking to the Scheduling Department,
• Monitor customer order fulfillment by interfacing with the related Departments (Scheduling, Production, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, etc.),
• Alert and suggest recovery plans in case of delays,
• Implement actions for continuous improvement of forecasting and planning management methods/tools (definition of specifications, monitoring of implementation, etc.).

About you

• Bac +5 or Master's degree in supply chain, logistics, and/or production,
• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role,
• Professional level English and French (written and spoken),
• Strong knowledges of ERP, Lean management methods, supply chain process are required,
• APICS Certification is a plus,
• Ability to analyze statistical data,
• Proficiency in Excel,
• Soft skills : customer oriented, team spirit, good communication, ability to summarize,
