What You’ll Do

• Evaluate Mechanical Claims: Use your technical knowledge to assess repair requests and determine warranty coverage.
• Communicate with Confidence: Handle inbound calls and emails from dealerships and vehicle owners, explaining claim decisions and guiding them through the process.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide empathetic, knowledgeable support to customers, ensuring a positive experience even in challenging situations.
• Collaborate & Document: Work closely with internal teams and maintain accurate electronic records using company systems.
• Support the Process: Help customers understand next steps, from getting a quote to claim resolution.

Types of Calls You’ll Handle

1. Dealership Inquiries: Confirm if proposed repairs are covered under warranty using provided guidelines.
2. Customer Questions: Explain claim approvals or denials in clear, non-technical language.
3. Repair Guidance: Advise customers on how to initiate a claim and what steps to take for coverage.

What You Bring

Required:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician or in a related mechanical role
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Experience with AllData, Mitchell, or similar labor guide tools
• Familiarity with scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• ASE certification
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Additional Details

• Training: Must be available to attend a 2-week onboarding program on-site (location provided upon offer)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
