Wachter is accepting applications for a Purchasing Administrative Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcoming/greeting visitors, helping them navigate through our office, and coordinating with various teams and managers with their respective visitors.
- Assist in maintaining calendars for appointments.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Ordering office supplies and placing internal supply stock room.
- Assist the purchasing team with entering/updating Purchase Orders and pricing in accounting software.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets in Excel.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Reception, general, office administration, clerical and travel coordination preferred, but not required.
- Organized and detail oriented. Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic networking terminology and product descriptions. Must interact well
- in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems.
- Valid Driver’s License
