As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you possess an excellent understanding of what great software looks like. You are enthusiastic about learning new things, solving complex problems, and helping your team grow. You can work independently and cross-functionally, effectively communicating technical concepts to both colleagues and non-technical stakeholders.

What will you be doing

• Lead or contribute to the design, architecture, and development of critical system components.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library or similar)
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, visually appealing user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and fellow Engineers to define technical requirements, break down tasks, and prioritize development efforts.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement complex features and state management using React hooks, context, or similar libraries.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in architectural discussions and drive best practices in frontend development.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues and bugs.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for features and processes

Skills and experience you possess

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a strong focus on React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, or similar)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and pipelines (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Deep understanding of SQL, CI/CD technologies, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Proven track record of delivering complex web applications from concept to production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers
• A lifelong learner who stays current with industry trends and continually seeks ways to improve.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate changing priorities.
• Customer-focused, deriving satisfaction from delighting users with the products you build.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
