The School of Music, Dance and Theatre at Arizona State University seeks a part-time, non benefits eligible, academic associate to begin in fall 2025 in support of our String Project Program. This position will be located on the Tempe campus, as well as includes remote work.

Principal duties for the Academic Associate include serving as program administrator include coordinating space reservations, preparing and distributing registration materials, maintaining program website and registration database, communication with instructors and registrants, planning and leading a beginning-of-semester information meeting and end-of-semester performances. The Academic Associate, String Project Program Administrator is also responsible for interviewing, hiring, and assigning student instructors in the program, in consultation with ASU faculty.
