Your Team, Your Impact

Enterprise Business Applications group is responsible to implement and support various applications and tools to support business requirements.

What You Can Expect

  • Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet end-to-end process requirements of Hi-Tech Sales and Support processes.
  • Document application design specifications and implementation procedures to improve application quality and reuse of code
  • Develop, Unit test and (deploy code across sandboxes and to production system) deploy using ccid pipeline across stages
  • Analyze production issue and suggest solutions/ perform fixes
  • Perform data migration and data updates in SFDC using data loader
  • Integration expertise
  • Responsible for translating Business requirements to technical specifications , and should be hands on APEX LWC Aura AND Visual Force,

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field.
  • 8+ years of development experience in Salesforce
  • Experience working in Sales and Service cloud modules of Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience in Apex and Visualforce, LWC (Lightning web components and Aura a must
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce data migration
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON, and/or Ajax
  • Working experience in Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud) and Knowledge
  • Good knowledge in Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP API
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform fixes for the same
  • Perform data updates (using data migration tool) for requests from business users
  • Perform production deployments in Salesforce, experience with CCID pipelines
  • Experience working with Git and Jenkins
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certified in Platform App Builder; Salesforce Platform Developer I /II; Salesforce Application Architect and/or Salesforce System Architect is good to have.
  • Worked on GEN AI use cases in salesforce plus
  • Experience integrating salesforce with other applications using Boomi/MuleSoft
  • Experience In database knowledge good to have
  • Should be aware of Salesforce architectural best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce reports & dashboards
