Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-respected structural engineering firm in Klamath Falls to find an experienced, driven Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping a local business continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing inbound calls, emails, and CRM inquiries
- Making outbound sales calls and following up with leads
- Setting up and leading client meetings (virtual & in-person)
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborating with engineers to schedule and support projects
- Helping prepare proposals, bids, and submittals
- Presenting and explaining services to prospective clients
- Meeting monthly sales goals and providing post-sales support
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of sales experience (inside/outside sales)
- Strong client service mindset and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and CRM software (e.g., Bitrix preferred)
- Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Business or Marketing degree is a plus, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation and be based in or near Klamath Falls
