Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee and support application operations within the hotel domain. This role is central to enhancing system functionalities, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing hotel operations. Operating in a hybrid work model, the candidate will contribute to the company’s growth through innovative technology solutions tailored to the hospitality industry.

Critical Requirement – Must-Have Experience

Candidates must have proven, hands-on experience with the following resort operation tools and applications:

  • SAFLOK
  • Ambiance
  • Opera (Cloud and On-Premise)
  • Fusebox
  • Control Simphony

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support L2 application operations for hotel systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to maintain and enhance software systems.
  • Implement best practices for hybrid and multi-vendor application maintenance services (AMS) in large enterprise environments.
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards including SOX, PCI DSS, and SSL/TLS protocols.
  • Utilize monitoring and analytics tools such as SPLUNK, AppDynamics, and Log Analytics to proactively manage system health.
  • Support vendor management and coordinate with external service providers for software development and maintenance.

Technical Skillset

  • Programming & Integration: PHP, React JS, .NET Core, JDBC, Microsoft SSIS, Apigee
  • Cloud & Data Platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Power BI, Tableau
  • Monitoring & ITSM Tools: SPLUNK, AppDynamics, Log Analytics, ServiceNow
  • Hotel Operations Systems: SAFLOK, Ambiance, Opera (Cloud/On-Premise), Fusebox, Comtrol, Simphony
  • Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of system/application vulnerabilities, SOX, PCI DSS, SSL/TLS encryption
