About the Role

We are looking for a thoughtful and hands-on AI Consultant with strong proficiency in both Generative AI (GenAI) and traditional Machine Learning techniques. As part of our AI Consulting team, you will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems across multiple industries. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building impactful, scalable AI solutions and collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Design and implement AI/ML models using both traditional machine learning algorithms and Generative AI frameworks.
• Work on use cases such as LLM-based assistants, intelligent document processing, customer analytics, forecasting, and more.
• Contribute to client engagements by supporting discovery workshops, defining AI solution architecture, and developing prototypes or MVPs.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and model deployment processes, including integration into cloud and enterprise systems.
• Participate in cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in GenAI, LLMs, ML operations, and cloud-native AI tools (OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP).

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or AI consulting.
• Proven ability to work with traditional ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and build end-to-end models.
• Practical experience in Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, RAG architectures).
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data wrangling tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Java is an added value.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (e.g., OCI Data Science, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
• Ability to clearly explain technical topics to business stakeholders and document findings.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying AI models to production (e.g., using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless frameworks).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (e.g., MLFlow, Weights & Biases).
• Industry experience in sectors like healthcare, finance, energy, or telecom.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Knowledge of German language will be considered a strong assset.
