Work in a premier environment as a Packaging/Labeling Tech II on the 2nd Shift. Collaborate with a results-focused team following established processes.

What will you do?
Packaging/Manufacturing Technician II needed for regulated packaging environment. Work with team on various tasks.
- Manual or automated assembly, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensuring adherence to specifications and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Working alongside cross-functional teams with support from a Room Leader.
- Performing tasks according to Good Manufacturing Principles, customer requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures.
How will you get here?
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, with the ability to read, write, and complete basic mathematics calculations.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and job sign-in/sign-out.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Physical ability to meet the job requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
- Proficiency in reading, understanding, and adhering to SOPs and GMP policies.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks continuously.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Must be able to work in varying temperature environments.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $15.26–$22.89.
