As a Quality Engineer you will support field operations by facilitating the implementation and compliance of Michels’ QA/QC programs. Serving as a key resource to project teams, this role ensures that quality standards are consistently met through monitoring, training, incident investigation, and routine assessments. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What it takes:

  • 1+ years or more of QA/QC experience within Pipeline industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel across the United States
  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.
  • AMPP Coating Inspector (Level 1 –2) (desired)
  • Knowledge of applicable standards and codes (desired)
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications (desired)
