TE Connectivity’s Tooling Teams are responsible for the construction, modification, and maintenance of metal working dies, tools, and fixtures. The Progressive High Speed Stamping Tool & Die Maker III will play a critical role in supporting stamping production by performing precision work, troubleshooting complex die setups, and providing technical expertise. This role also includes performing die changeovers, maintaining high-speed progressive dies, and fabricating new tools using blueprints and engineering specifications. You will be a key resource for technical questions and training other team members, including apprentices. In addition to hands-on work, the Progressive High Speed Stamping Tool & Die Maker III collaborates closely with die engineering to drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
3rd and 4th shift positions available. 3rd shift is from 11pm-7am Sunday through Thursday with an added 11% hourly shift differential. 4th shift is 7am-7pm Friday, Saturday and 1 additional day during the week with an added 13% shift differential.
