Shipping Crate Assembler – Custom Door Manufacturing

Location: Burgettstown, PA

Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am

Build more than crates protect craftsmanship. We don't just manufacture doors we create custom architectural pieces that require precision, care, and expert handling. We're looking for a Shipping Crate Assembler who is hands-on, detail-focused, and ready to play a key role in ensuring our custom doors reach their destination safely and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble custom wood shipping crates for high-end doors of various sizes and designs.
• Measure, cut, and construct crates using saws, nail guns, drills, and other tools.
• Ensure all crates meet safety and quality standards to protect products during transit.
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to meet shipping schedules.
• Inspect finished crates for durability, accuracy, and proper labeling.

Qualifications:

• Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing, carpentry, or warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read measurements and use basic math.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Prior experience in crate building, carpentry, or shipping is a plus but not required.
