Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for precision and quality? Join our team as a Machine Operator in our state-of-the-art custom commercial door manufacturing facility. Here, you won't just push buttons you'll bring craftsmanship to life, transforming raw materials into the doors that open schools, hospitals, stadiums, and skyscrapers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of specialized machines (CNC, punch press, roll formers, etc.) to produce custom commercial doors and frames
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders with accuracy
• Monitor equipment performance, perform minor maintenance, and report issues proactively
• Ensure top-quality output through precise measuring and visual inspections
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or machining environment (metal fabrication a plus)
• Ability to read tape measures, calipers, and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended period.
