Fenergo QA - (CREQ224527)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fenergo QA Testing Expert to lead and execute testing for the Fenergo CLM platform, ensuring high-quality delivery across onboarding, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Fenergo, and strong experience in both manual and automated testing approaches in financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement end-to-end test strategies and plans for Fenergo implementations and enhancements.
Design, document, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business and functional requirements.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Fenergo modules including onboarding, KYC, client classification, and document management.
Validate platform configuration including entity models, workflows, business rules, dynamic forms, and API integrations.
Ensure defects are logged clearly, tracked, and resolved in coordination with development and configuration teams.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand features and ensure test coverage.
Support automation of test cases using tools compatible with the Fenergo platform (e.g., Selenium, Postman for API testing).
Provide quality assurance signoffs for releases, patches, and configuration changes.
Maintain traceability of requirements to test cases and ensure full coverage.
Prepare test summary reports and metrics for stakeholders.
