We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Develop software and graphic solutions that align with user experience including users' needs and preferences. Collaborate with user researchers, product managers, operations strategists, engineers, and UX designers to understand e-commerce operation goals and provide software and graphic solutions with high-quality user experience. Utilize best-in-class production practices and stay up to date on graphics and design trends to innovate and enhance TikTok Shop’s product. Create the core concept, develop the key visual and the related visual assets using design tools, including Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Maintain the design assets system by contributing to and maintaining the TikTok Shop visual identity guidelines. Conduct usability testing and research, deliver meaningful insights from data-rich sources. Lead large scale projects and oversee the design of a product from conception to launch and attend to the end-to-end design process. Find solutions to UX problems by collaborating with UX designers, developing plans, and responding to feedback.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Art, Illustration, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Art, Illustration, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Developing visual concepts, including generating ideas and sketches into visual concepts using Procreate and Boords, and transferring the hand drawings to digital graphics using Adobe Illustrator; Creating vector illustrations and graphics using Adobe Illustrator; Using Figma to build wireframes for website content layouts, page flows, site maps, and to design UI/UX; Designing and developing brand marketing campaign creatives and identities, including website design, motion graphic design, and UI design by designing and implementing consistent brand typography, iconography, 2D & 3D graphics, and motion graphics; Working with front end engineers to build websites, landing pages, and H5 campaigns using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or After Effects; and Creating illustrations and editing images using Adobe Photoshop.
