Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a qualified Start-Up and Retrofit, Expansions and Initiatives (REI) Planning Manager to solve the complex challenges of ensuring planning, deployment and implementation of delivery station retrofits, expansions and network optimization for safety, capacity and flow. These programs make up some of Amazon and AMZL's most strategic initiatives as the team automates and optimizes the network. In this role, the individual will have direct responsibility for all projects at their assigned sites. The Start-Up and Retrofit, Expansions and Initiatives (REI) Planning Manager will be the liaison between a multitude of stakeholders including Entitlements, Transportation Engineering Services (TES) Pre-Construction, Transportation Engineering Services (TES) Construction, Start-Up Execution, Design Engineering, WHS, Capacity Engineering and many more. This role calls for an individual who can over index on ownership to de-conflict multiple competing projects at each site and drive timely delivery. This role’s scope necessitates the ability to solve ambiguous issues and provide effective solutions to gaps between teams, processes and systems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
