What you´ll do

  • Develop project plans, outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables to guide the projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation to meet project goals within financial constraints.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to go-live, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Overseeing updates, feature rollouts, and version control for SaaS solutions in the area of responsibility.
  • Executes the change management & incident handling process for the assigned applications.
  • Keeps the IT environment stable, secure and up-to-date, ensuring SaaS adheres to industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Gain business and process insights and consult business stakeholder.

What makes you a good fit

  • Proficiency in both English and German is a must.
  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years in IT project management/IT consultancy.
  • Experience in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, business process management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and automation tools.
  • Understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud hosting basics.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to support and work with diverse teams.

Minimum salary: 3000 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
