Looking for Machine Operators

Openings on 2nd and 3rd Shift

$25/hr

Paid Weekly + Benefits Available

Essential Job Functions:

  • Set up, operate, and break down machines and production equipment
  • Make adjustments to machinery as needed to keep quality standards
  • Sample product for quality control checks.
  • Inspect materials and supplies for defects; report issues to supervisor.
  • Collaborate with production planning to determine efficient production schedules
  • Maintain equipment according to SOPs and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Load and unload materials from machines
  • Case and palletize product
  • Monitor production, troubleshoot breakdowns and perform repairs and maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience working in a production, warehouse, manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years machine operating experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend moderately detailed instructions, operating procedures and safety rules
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Computer skills - documentation, data entry
  • Ability to lift 50lbs+ frequently
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience working in a food environment preferred, not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
