As a Software Engineering Manager you will solve complex software problems, lead scrum teams towards successful deliveries on time with quality and nurture top talent.

What You Will Do:
- Deliver high quality solutions on time.
- Lead / manage a team of software engineers
- Manage daily activities of the development team
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams such as product management, design, support and other development teams.
- Encourage innovative mindset towards solving difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems
- Build and maintain high performance engineering teams with a predictable delivery cadence.
- Mentor engineers and guide them towards achieving their career objectives.
- Evaluate and make recommendations on techniques, practices or technologies that would enhance our needs
- Train the junior members of the team on subject matter expertise to ensure continuous learning
- Assigns personnel to various projects and directs their activities; reviews and evaluates their work and prepares performance reports
Minimum Requirements:
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 6+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skills
- 2+ years of experience managing development teams
- Proven track record of delivering high quality solutions as a lead / manager
- Experience working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.
- Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java, C++, Ruby. Shell, JavaScript)
- An understanding of broad concepts and experience using those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problems
- Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes
- 2+ years of experience with scripted REST APIs
- Experience educating internal or external customers in best practice design
- Ability to work independently or with team • Demonstrate strong initiative and self-starter
