We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our Risk Assurance Services team. If you're passionate about building scalable, cloud-native solutions and mentoring others while working on impactful projects, this is the opportunity for you.

What you’ll do:

• Propose system solutions based on business analysis and Design Thinking
• Lead configuration of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform-based applications
• Conduct analytical meetings, system presentations, and training sessions
• Provide expert support during the sales process
• Guide documentation and functional requirement analysis
• Configure and support CI/CD processes for less technical team members; develop PowerShell/Bash scripts to support CI/CD processes and daily tasks.
• Contribute to web application development - Power Apps Portals/Power Pages - by styling pages (CSS), implementing custom validations/animations (JavaScript), and creating micro-frontend components (e.g., React/Angular).
• Integrate with external services using various communication methods (e.g., REST, WCF/SOAP, GraphQL, RPC, SFTP) and different authentication methods (e.g., OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, API Key, Certificate) utilizing Azure PaaS services like Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Event Hub, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Media Services.
• Integrate with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange.
• Implement SSO/authentication adapters for Power Apps Portals (e.g., integration with national nodes or other systems using custom protocols).
• Prepare Infrastructure as Code scripts - Azure CLI, Bicep, Terraform - to support applications.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE
• Strong understanding of sales, service, and marketing processes
• Excellent communication, analytical, and consulting skills
• Experience in business process modeling and solution design
• Ability to lead discussions and mentor junior team members
• At least 5 years of experience in building Power Platform solutions and Dynamics 365 modules.
• Familiarity with principles of developing model-driven applications on the client-side (TypeScript) and server-side (C#).
• Ability to implement D365 integration with third-party systems using various communication and authentication methods with Azure PaaS services.
• Experience in preparing Infrastructure as Code scripts - Azure CLI, Bicep, Terraform - to support applications.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
