Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-driven and process-savvy HR Operations Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR functions, including new hire set up, employee job and status changes, and file management. You’ll manage critical updates in our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), maintain accurate employee records, and partner with teams across HR, IT, and Payroll to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Essential Functions

  • New hire set up
  • Run new hire audit reports
  • Process status, supervisor and payroll changes in HRIS
  • Run regular employee data audit reports
  • Document HRIS processes
  • Send promotion to-do lists
  • Manage employee records and files
  • Assist with managing document retention protocols including scanning, filing, and shredding
  • Process ADP password resets
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • Requesting an Associate’s degree or the equivalent in experience within the prior 3 years.
  • Familiar with general Human Resources processes and procedures.
  • Ability to quickly learn HRIS system and be an expert.
  • Experience with ADP a plus!
  • Able to manage confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Honesty, integrity, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills (both verbal and written), with an excellent customer service focus.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

Minimum Salary: $52,500

Maximum Salary: $68,250

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
