Job Description
In your new role you will:
1. Over 5 years working experience on WB process, able to work under pressure.
2. Good communication skills to establish excellent team working.
3. Able to lead team for problem solving and work cross function for process or productivity improvement.
4. Strong statistical data analysis ability.
5. Good oral and written English for international communications to coordinate global projects.
6. Good Equipment relevant knowledge as the strong foundation to define process control criteria.
7. Good practice on problem solving tools like 8D, DMAIC.
8. Good reporting and presentation skills.
9. Good Logical and systematical thinking.
10. Project management experience is preferred.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Be responsible for EASY/P12(Power modules) WB process daily sustaining and quality/productivity improvement.
2.Including daily DDM, MRB handling,regular document review/update, and process improvement to ensure process stability and contribute next level of quality and productivity.
3.Play a role as internal package owner and process leader, lead and motivate the subordinate toward the high performance team.
