Your Job
Responsible for RF networking products validation/reliability testing as the owner/contact window to cooperate with Shanghai design centre, mentoring and training technicians, solving related testing problems.
What You Will Do
- Prepare resources for related RF connector testing (instruments, methods, fixtures, etc.)
- Independently analysis, diagnose, and resolve testing issues.
- Review antennas testing technical requirements/plan, create testing SOP based on test standard.
- Implementation of new method validation for all networking products (Fakra, Mini-Fakra, HFM, SMB/SMA, HSD etc.) to ensure test methodology correctly.
- Align with global labs testing procedure and ensure all execution processes are based on relevant guiding documents.
- Review test plan with local/global team and manage test projects according to lab workflow, ensure project testing completion on time.
- Train test engineer/technicians on testing procedures.
- Review and summery test data/results.
- Communicate with Commercial lab for outsource testing.
- Support the ISO17025 lab quality management system.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Degree in Engineering from a recognized university or technical institute. Radio/Electronic/Communications Technology bachelor’s degree.
- Min 3 years’ experience working in signal integrity/high-speed/RF connector or related fields.
- Skilled in using test instruments like Network Analyzer, Impedance Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, signal generators etc.
- Proficient in high-speed (RF) signal test method, like cross talk, TDR, S parameter, I/R loss etc.
- Familiarity knowledge of EMC test principles, capable of conducting failure analysis, and independently resolving and diagnosing test setup issues.
- Rich experiences on electrical test device and test platform setup.
- Ability to preliminarily identify the cause of product failures.
- Strong analytical and test problem-solving skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills.
- Good English skills in reading, writing and listening.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Windows/MS Office applications.
- Good at planning and execution.
- Knowledge of failure analysis, complex problem analysis and solving skill.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working in automotive industry/product reliability.
- Familiar with USCAR-2, USCAR-17, USCAR-49 test standards.
- Presentation skills, English speaking.
- Reliability test experience.
