We’re looking for a forward-thinking Systems Engineer to join our team in Fort Worth, TX, and play a key role in advancing system performance through innovative analytics and engineering insight.
In this role, you'll support system reliability by analyzing field and supplier data, identifying performance trends, and helping shape the future of sustainment and design improvements. You’ll collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and data analytics teams to evaluate system performance, drive root cause investigations, and support decision-making with clear and actionable insights.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with reliability/maintainability fundamentals, systems engineering principals, and basic understanding of root cause analysis or Bachelors Degree in STEM or Engineering related discipline with 1 year of Experience.
Experience in manipulation/analysis of data in spreadsheets (MS Excel Formulas, Pivot Tables, and/or VBA).
Experience in formal presentation development, PowerPoint construct and delivery, and working in a team environment.
Desired Skills:
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
