Highlights:

Summary: Performs repair and preventive maintenance duties on building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and refrigeration systems. Installs new equipment in all areas of facilities used and owned by Baptist Health Systems and Services. Education / Experience:High School diploma or equivalent required with certification or license in a field related to engineering or a minimum of 15 years experience in Maintenance or Engineering. License / Certification: None Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic interpreting of blue prints on buildings and schematics on equipment.
• Ability to observe, assesses, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
